Guardian Angels Charitable Trust was established in 2017 in memory of the late P. M. K. Faizy. The Trust was founded by M. P. Muhammad Rasheed Saqafi of Pazhayangadi, and is currently chaired by M. P. Majeed Haji. Today, more than 100 residents are nurtured under the care and support of Guardian Angels across various locations. The Trust undertakes a wide range of services, including ambulance service, home care, charitable assistance, educational support, the Taju-ul-Ulama Madrasa, and various social and cultural programs. The headquarters of the Trust is located at Podithadath, Pazhayangadi, in Kannur district.
